Changing Minds About Mental Health
Mental Health Awareness is important both for the people suffering with mental conditions and also for the people living around them. It is an important aspect in our lives and very often such problems are taken for granted or remain hidden. This presentation gives an outlook to what is Mental Health. Ruth and Michaela looked into its different aspects: the first warning signs, how to keep a positive mental health and also how we should behave when such problems arise with our friends and relatives.
